Happy Birthday to my Chelsy! If we ever live close together again April 8-10 is going to be one big party for us. Give us a few years (and a little luck) and we are going to need some babysitters!

I made pie dough today for some mini quiche. Of course I had to make some pie dough cookies too. They were so yummy and they made me miss my momma. She always made these for us whenever she made pie dough. I made a million of them on my mission (thank you Jiffy). It's a taste of home!

(Does it bug anyone else that I always use parentheses? It really bugs me but I can't stop!)
