I love it when we find GMO free food. Monsanto is the devil. :) I thought I'd like to start making bread again. I don't really like to eat homemade bread (except straight out of the oven) but I do like to make it and my family likes to eat it. Of course I bought this flour last week and still haven't done anything with it!
