I feel like I've already blogged this stuff. Maybe it's because it's been facebooked? I dunno. Anywho...this little fella is our kindness elf. He started out by giving us suggestions on how to be kind to each other and then evolved into an elf that hid if we had been kind the previous day. If we weren't very kind then he wouldn't hide. I don't really like elf on a shelf (ugly) but the elf idea is pretty fun, so when I saw this idea online I had to make our own!
