It has rained twice as much so far this year as it usually does in a whole year. As a result, my garden can't absorb any more water and we are growing a swamp. We are keeping our eyes peeled for alligator turtles and plain ol' alligators. :)
Aren't my peas so very pathetic. Durn chickens. I can't put all the blame on the girls. I must admit to accidentally hoeing down a few pea plants. whoops!

We are a little too north for gators. We do have some in the south though.
