I'm thankful for this neck wrap. I've been having some super intense tension migraines and this evening the migraine was on its way back. I heated this up and wore it around all evening. Both the weight and heat helped so much. I'm going to be keeping this warmed up so I don't have to rush Danni home from school work for a blessing in the middle of the night again!
